Philadelphia Hockey Club HOST FAMILY PROGRAM

The PHC Junior Teams are about to launch their 2021-22 season, and we need your help!

The Philadelphia Hockey Club has NCDC and Premier Junior teams. Our teams compete in the United States Premier Hockey League (USPHL.com), the premier junior hockey league on the East Coast. The NCDC (National Collegiate Development Conference) is a tuition-free junior league. Players will no longer need to leave the East coast in search of free junior hockey. Geographically, the East Coast already boasts the most Division 1 schools, and this level of hockey will attract every college scout in the country. The Premier level will continue to be the top Tier 3 league in North America. Every year PHC has placed dozens of kids into college, both Division 1 and 3. PHC is a newer member of this league and is incredibly proud to have these options available for our families as they climb the ladder of development from mites to juniors. Located in Sewell, New Jersey, Hollydell Ice Arena is the home facility for our teams. This complex is the premier skating and athletic facility in the area.

This spring and summer, athletes from throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe are competing for the opportunity to play for PHC. Players that are selected will need to find a place to call home during the playing season. As such, we are currently accepting applications for families to host these athletes.

A host family's role is instrumental in providing a complete junior hockey experience for these young hockey players. Our players are here in search of their dream to play hockey at the collegiate and professional levels. This would not be possible without the support and generosity of our host families. Host families provide structure, authority and become an extended family for these young players, thus providing an ideal environment for them to remain focused and compelled to achieve.

Hosting a Philadelphia Hockey Club player is a great experience, whether you have a house full of kids or live alone. Our junior players can help host families with weekly tasks associated with younger family members like cooking meals, babysitting, tutoring, street hockey, and driving kids to and from activities. They will bring energy and excitement to your home, and you will get to know a great bunch of parents and families that are part of our unique organization.

If you are interested in hosting a Philadelphia Hockey Club player, please look at our Host Family Information Sheet, complete our Host Family Application and contact us via email at PHCbillet@yahoo.com. All of this information and more can be found on our website at:
